TRUST GIVES ENERGY!

Welcome to the Official Homepage of Thomas Brdaric

Football has been my life’s journey—first as a professional player and now as a coach. My experiences on the pitch and on the sidelines have shaped how I approach the game, giving me a unique perspective that bridges both sides of football.

As a player, I had the honor of competing in the UEFA Champions League final with Bayer Leverkusen in 2002 against Real Madrid—a moment that taught me about resilience and the highest level of competition. Today, as a coach, I bring that experience into my work, helping players and teams reach their full potential.

In 2020, I was proud to be recognized as Coach of the Year in Albania, a testament to my dedication and passion for developing the game. Currently, I continue this mission with Club Vllaznia, where I work to inspire and elevate the team.

Explore my homepage to learn more about my journey, philosophy, and vision for football. Here, you’ll find stories from my playing days, insights into my coaching methods, and my thoughts on shaping the future of the game.

My Vision

Soccer is more than a game—it’s a journey of growth, discipline, and passion. My vision as a coach is to inspire players to reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch. I believe in teaching soccer as a holistic experience, where technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental strength come together to create well-rounded athletes.

90 Minutes Adrenaline

As an experienced football professional, I’ve had the privilege of living a life filled with challenges, victories, and invaluable lessons. Through my journey as both a player and a coach, I’ve learned that success is built on resilience, adaptability, and staying true to your vision—even in the face of setbacks.

My book

During my time in India, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in a unique culture while working with Chennai FC soccer club. This experience inspired me to write Matchplan, a book where I share my daily encounters with life in India, both on and off the field.

In Matchplan, I explore the fascinating contrasts I observed—between rich and poor, sickness and health, and the small and big challenges people face every day. Over the course of one year, I navigated all sides of life and work, offering my personal perspective on adapting to and thriving in a vastly different environment.

This book is more than a story about football; it’s a reflection on resilience, growth, and the lessons we can draw from sport and life alike. Matchplan provides readers with a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and the universal power of teamwork and determination.
